Richard Triplett, CMB

My thirty-six years of experience includes: origination, processing, underwriting, underwriting management, secondary marketing management, compliance, licensing, operations management, bank and broker lending (retail, wholesale and correspondent), risk management, information technology, consulting, training, auditing, and quality management. My entire career has been about assisting mortgage lenders and brokers to originate quality loans, including compliance, to the benefit of both the lender and the consumer. 

I have been an AllRegs Academy instructor for the School of Mortgage Compliance, State and Local Mortgage Compliance and for regulatory compliance audio courses.; as well as, Lead Instructor for many years for the Mortgage Bankers Association's (MBA) Regulatory Compliance Institute/School of Mortgage Compliance. I have authored industry-related articles for AllRegs and other electronic publications, and I am a subject matter expert for publications regarding compliance and other industry-related topics. I earned a Certified Mortgage Banker designation with the MBA in October 2003, have served as a CMB instructor on Real Estate Law and Regulatory Compliance, performed oral examinations for CMB candidates, and received a Faculty Fellow award from MBA. 

My services includes a comprehensive consultation to help identify gaps and opportunities, a comprehensive estimate that includes a project plan with timelines and milestones, a cost analysis, and a schedule.
